This is the newest evolution in yoga and is taking your practice off the floor and into the air with Flight Yoga also known as Aerial Yoga. You will get a full body workout using poses (asanas) from your regular yoga practice by taking them into an antigravity hammock. Always finishing with our famous floating savasana (meditation) that is so peaceful you will not want it to stop. We recommend a minimum of 4 beginners classes if you are new to flight yoga to learn the basic poses and get used to the use of a hammock .After that you can choose to stay at beginners level which is a great workout or look at advancing into an intermediate level.
